HR Rule 23 of 31

The right time is not always right now.

This speaks back to rule #5 Stop multitasking. Start thinking of mental agility.

Even with mental agility, sometimes the only thing that needs to be done is to add it to the Outlook task list as a reminder for later completion. This brief disruption honors both mental agility & current task completion.
