HR Rule 27 of 31

_DSC2339.JPG

Work like someone is watching you, everyone is. [treat everyday like it was your first day on the job]

Since HR may be perceived as the production police, one must live the example set by these perceptions. Truth be told, we are all individual contributors in a team environment. Further truth be told, the supervisor are the production police.

Nothing cleans a break room out quicker [during a non scheduled break] than the HR Guy coming in for a cup of coffee. So, I bring my own and don’t elevate to the collective consumption of machine made coffee.

Four more rules today. IF all works well, as if all always works well, this series will be concluded by this coming Sunday. All working well will include two days of work followed by a the first two days of a two week sabbatical.

As always, Stay Tuned.
