HR Rule 28 of 31

Be Curious & Skeptical.

Nothing is ever completely true at face value or initial transparency. Explore beyond the obvious to determine the underlying reality.

Skeptic: Someone who habitually doubts beliefs and claims presented as accepted by others, requiring strong evidence before accepting any belief or claim.

Curious: Inquisitive; tending to ask questions, investigate, or explore.

Sidebar: my favorite online dictionary now has a paywall. That is too bad. The fee itself my not be too unreasonable, except it is in a foreign currency. Thus the fee will fluctuate according to global exchange rates. Payment will also include a currency exchange surcharge. I’m skeptical as to whether or not the cost or nuisance is worth the occasional value. Going forward, I will be using wiktionary as my primary word definition resource.
